How Reiki Works

As a Reiki Practitioner, my physical, mental and spiritual body have been attuned to receiving the Life Force Energy. As you can imagine, this energy is quite powerful. The energy flows through my Crown Chakra, through my heart and out of my hands.

The client receiving the Reiki takes as much as needed; alway gentle in nature. Though the client has a session with one intention; but another part of the body is in greater need, the Reiki will go there first. Again, energy with wisdom.

Reiki sessions are a way to keep your stress level down by balancing your own energy; thereby preventing dis-ease and maintaining optimum health for the entire body...physical, emotional and spiritual. Reiki sessions can help heal chronic conditions, acute conditions, some addictions and emotional baggage. The number of sessions depends on what you come in for.

• Chronic conditions take more sessions since it took time to get to that point.
• Acute conditions can take fewer sessions.
• Preventative sessions can be once a month or once a week.
• Emotional issues can take more sessions

Healing is always left up to you. You decide whether you want less stress in your life. You decide if you want to work on some emotional issues. You decide to take responsibility for feeling better about everything.
